SPAD Bowling Night A Success

Students having fun at Plaza Bowl

On the evening of October 2nd, SPAD Council hosted its second event of the year with the annual bowling night. The event  was a tremendous success as a bus filled with students, ranging from first to third year, made their way to “Plaza Bowl” for a night of strikes, spares, and gutter balls! Everyone who took part in the event  had a lot of fun.

The pre-game festivities began at residence with some refreshments and socializing. Students were picked up directly from campus, and were dropped off at Plaza Bowl where everyone played two games. Some competitors were better than others, but in the end, having fun was all that mattered.

A number of first year students made the most of the opportunity to meet some other students in the program. It also gave a chance to upper year students to meet some of the Frosh they had yet to meet. SPAD Council would like to thank everyone who came out to support the event, and hopes everyone in attendance had a good time.
